The Welded B-Type Tubes for Heater Cores, which are mainly used in automotive heating/radiator cores, industrial heaters, and heat exchangers as pressure bearing, heat conducting, and leak proof core flow tubes, balancing high strength, high heat transfer, and lightweight.

1、 Structure and Core Function

The cross-section is in a "B" shape: thin plate rolled, with longitudinal welding edges (reinforcing ribs) left in the middle, and formed by brazing.

In one sentence, the core purpose is to use heat medium (water/antifreeze) in the heater core/radiator, support internal pressure, enhance heat exchange, prevent leakage, and reduce weight.

2、 Four key uses

1. Automotive heater/radiator core (most mainstream)

Fluid channel: The warm air core transports high-temperature coolant to provide heating to the cabin; Add antifreeze to the radiator to dissipate heat and cool down.

Pressure resistance and crack prevention: The middle welding edge is reinforced with a partition, which has a blast resistance 30% -50% higher than ordinary pipes, and is resistant to vibration and less prone to expansion and cracking.

Sealed and leak proof: It is brazed and closely adhered to the main sheet (collector plate), with small gaps and extremely low leakage rate.

Turbulent flow enhances heat transfer: The internal seam disturbs the water flow, improving heat transfer efficiency by 15% -20%.

Lightweight and cost reducing: With high strength, thinner aluminum foil (0.2-0.3mm) can be used, reducing weight by more than 20% and lowering costs.

2. Industrial heater/heat exchanger core

Electric heater core: tubular heating element sheath, with electric heating wire and magnesium oxide insulation inside, for heating water/oil/air.

Waste heat recovery/heat exchanger: Heat exchange tubes for small gas water and water water heat exchangers, with a pressure range of 1-3 MPa and a temperature resistance range of -40 ℃ to 200 ℃.

Air conditioning/heat pump: evaporator/condenser flat tube, refrigerant flow, improves heat transfer and reduces volume.

3. Construction machinery/special vehicle heaters

Excavators, loaders, forklifts and other warm air systems are suitable for working conditions with large vibrations and temperature differences, and are durable and not prone to leakage.

4. Other scenes

Solar collector: Flat channel tube, passing through a thermal conductive medium, with a large heat absorption area and good pressure resistance.

Household/commercial heating: wall mounted boiler, radiator core, efficient heat exchange, compact structure.
