Welded B-Type Tubes for Radiators (B-type light exhaust pipe radiator) is suitable for large spaces, industrial conditions, steam/high-pressure hot water, humid and dusty environments that require efficient heat dissipation and maintenance free use.

1、 Core Structure and Characteristics

Structure: Multiple rows in parallel, upper and lower headers are welded together as a whole, with lower supply and upper return channels. The pipe diameter is thick (DN50-DN150) and the wall thickness is 3-4mm.

Advantages: The heat dissipation area is over 50% larger than Type A; Pressure bearing 1.0-1.6MPa; Smooth surface is not prone to dust accumulation; Thoroughly discharge condensed water and prevent freezing and cracking.

2、 Typical Applicable Scenarios

1. Industrial plant (preferred)

Mechanical, automotive parts, hardware, and chemical workshops: high dust, oil stains, moisture, smooth and easy to clean.

Tall space (floor height 6-12m): large heat dissipation, fast heating, and uniform temperature.

Steam/high-temperature hot water system: high pressure and temperature resistance (-10 ℃ to 280 ℃).

2. Warehousing and logistics

Large warehouse, cold chain transition zone: constant temperature and anti freezing, moisture-proof and anti mold.

Grain/Medicinal/Textile Warehouse: Gentle heat dissipation, non drying materials.

3. Agriculture and Aquaculture

Greenhouse and flower cultivation room: Large area uniform heating, high humidity resistance.

Livestock and poultry houses (chicken houses, pig houses): no dead corners for heat dissipation and anti ammonia corrosion.

4. Large public and commercial spaces

Gymnasium, exhibition hall, waiting hall: floor height ≥ 8m, high heat load.

Supermarkets and wholesale markets: high foot traffic and need to quickly heat up.

5. Special working conditions

Food/Printing and Dyeing Workshop: High humidity, high condensation water, flow channel design to prevent water accumulation.

Northern open/semi open areas: anti freezing and anti cracking.

Poor water quality and high impurity system: coarse pipe diameter is not easy to block and corrosion-resistant.

3、 Not recommended scenario

Household/Small Unit: Large in size and rugged in appearance.

Low pressure low-temperature hot water (<0.4MPa,<80 ℃): not as cost-effective as steel column type.

Ultra clean/sterile environment: with welds, not as good as stainless steel plate.

4、 Key selection points

Heat medium: steam priority type B; Hot water can be selected from type B or type A.

Pressure: ≥ 0.8MPa, choose type B; <0.6MPa can be selected as a cheaper option.

Space: Type B is preferred if the area is ≥ 500 square meters and the floor height is ≥ 6m.
