1.Uniform distribution of refrigerant/medium
Uniformly distribute the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous (condenser) or low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixture (evaporator) refrigerant from the compressor/expansion valve to each parallel heat exchange tube/plate to avoid bias flow, dry burning, or liquid accumulation, ensuring consistent heat transfer load in each path and improving the overall heat transfer efficiency of the machine.
2.Concentrate and collect fluids for unified transportation
Collect the medium (condenser outlet, evaporator outlet) after phase change in each heat exchange branch and transport it to the next stage equipment (expansion valve, compressor) to reduce interfaces and leakage points.
3.Stabilize pressure and flow rate to ensure stable circulation
As a pressure buffering and flow balancing component, it balances the resistance differences of each branch, reduces system pressure fluctuations and noise, adapts to multi branch and high flow conditions, and maintains the stability of the refrigeration/concentration cycle.
4.Integrated piping, simplifying system and control
Integrate dispersed branch pipes, reduce valve, joint, and pipeline lengths, and simplify system layout; Easy to install pressure/temperature sensors and regulating valves in a centralized manner, compatible with automation control (such as PLC), and supports remote monitoring and adjustment.
