       Aluminum alloy with a thermal conductivity of 237W/(m · K), used in conjunction with microchannel flat tubes, has a total heat transfer efficiency close to that of copper tubes; The inner wall can be designed with turbulence enhancing protrusions to compensate for the slightly lower thermal conductivity of pure aluminum compared to copper.

Comes with anti-corrosion protection layer

       A dense aluminum oxide film naturally forms on the surface of aluminum, isolating water vapor and slight salt spray; Using 4343 brazed composite layer, a corrosion-resistant composite layer is formed after brazing, which is not easy to rust and does not require regular rust removal and maintenance of steel pipes.

Adapt to environmentally friendly refrigerants

       Stable chemical properties, compatible with mainstream refrigerants such as R32, R410A, R134a, etc., and does not undergo medium corrosion reactions.

Flat fit, larger heat exchange area

       The straight side can be tightly attached to the fins and installed with brackets, and the external heat exchange contact area is increased by 30% to 50% compared to circular tubes; Open holes on the curved side for inserting microchannel flat tubes, with neat and compact pipeline layout.

Smaller overall size and high space utilization rate

       The flat wall without circular arc gaps reduces the overall thickness of the condenser, making it suitable for small installation spaces such as car cabins, small heat pumps, and micro air conditioners, and facilitating equipment miniaturization design.

Lower flow resistance and even distribution of refrigerant

       A flat tube insertion hole is opened on the curved surface, and the length of the flat tube extending into the inside of the manifold is short, resulting in low refrigerant diversion resistance and balanced flow distribution, avoiding uneven local heat transfer; The import and export can be flexibly arranged on a flat/curved surface/at both ends, and the pipeline routing is more concise.

Not easy to accumulate dirt, easy to maintain

       There are no dead corners in the internal flow channel, and the fluid naturally forms turbulence, resulting in less adhesion of scale and oil stains; Smooth inner wall high-pressure flushing is more convenient, reducing the frequency of shutdown and descaling.

3、 Advantages of mechanical strength, vibration resistance and durability

The bending and torsional stiffness is better than that of circular pipes with the same wall thickness

       The D-shaped plane forms a rigid support, which is not easily deformed under the vibration and high-pressure refrigerant impact of the unit operation. The risk of loose flat pipes and leakage from expansion ports is greatly reduced during long-term operation.

       Composite brazed aluminum alloy can withstand a pressure of up to 4.5 MPa and is suitable for high-pressure refrigeration systems in heat pumps and new energy vehicles; The structure is resistant to fluid induced vibration and is less prone to cracking and leakage under long-term high and low temperature alternating working conditions.

High reliability of brazing assembly

       Flat surface can be processed into an integrated partition groove, with precise positioning of the internal diversion partition; Flat tube and circular arc hole expansion joint+integral vacuum brazing, with continuous sealing of the weld seam, the leakage rate is much lower than that of the circular tube split welding structure.
