What are the application industries of Condenser Header Pipe

2025-10-22

The application industry of Condenser Header Pipe is highly concentrated in industrial fields that require steam condensation recovery or process fluid cooling. The core is to provide centralized transportation and distribution of media (steam, process fluid) for condensers.

Core application industries and scenarios

The condenser manifold, as a key pipeline component connecting production equipment and condenser, is directly attached to the usage scenarios of the condenser and mainly distributed in the following industries:

Petrochemical and coal chemical industries

The top steam condensation system is used for various distillation towers and reactors. The main pipe is responsible for transporting the high-temperature steam at the top of the tower to the condenser to achieve component separation or solvent recovery.

Typical scenarios include condensation processes in crude oil refining, ethylene production, methanol synthesis, and other processes.

The power industry (especially thermal and nuclear power)

As the core pipeline of the steam turbine exhaust condensing system, it transports the low-pressure steam discharged from the turbine to the condenser, condenses it into water, and recovers it to the boiler, forming a thermal cycle.

It is an indispensable conveying component in the steam water circulation system of thermal power plants and nuclear power plants.

Food and pharmaceutical industry

Applied to processes such as evaporation concentration, distillation purification, etc., such as juice concentration, sucrose refining, and extraction of active ingredients in drugs.

The general manager must meet the requirements of food grade and hygiene grade, and the steam or process fluid transported must avoid contamination to ensure product safety.

Metallurgical and non-ferrous metal industry

Used for waste heat recovery or process cooling in smelting processes, such as coking steam condensation in steel plants and electrolyte cooling in non-ferrous metal electrolysis processes.

Simultaneously participating in the evaporation crystallization process in industrial wastewater treatment, steam is transported to the condenser through the main pipe to achieve separation of water and pollutants.

Textile and Light Industry

In the shaping and drying process of textile printing and dyeing, the main pipe transports steam to the condenser to recover waste heat or treat process exhaust gas.

The pulp making and black liquor evaporation processes in the paper industry also require centralized condensation and recovery of steam through the condenser manifold.
